Each trace plots the average of four responses obtained with RM Electrode Canine (blue) and ERG Jet (orange) electrodes.Each pair of waveforms is from a different canine patient. In all cases the amplitude and SNR of signals obtained with the RM Electrode Canine met or exceeded those obtained with the Jet.
In all cases, four usable responses were obtained in far less time with the RM Electrode Canine. Suitable for all full-field ERG testing protocols.

Yes, the RM Electrode is FDA cleared. It is indicated for use in patients aged 12 years and above undergoing diagnostic full-field electroretinogram (ERG) recording procedures.
No, the RM Electrode is currently not available for sale outside of the United States. For use of the RM Electrode under an IRB approved protocol, please contact us.

No, the RM Electrode is a single-use disposable electrode. It must not be re-sterilized or re-used.
Yes, the RM Electrode is shipped sterile.
The RM Electrode is cleared for use in patients aged 12 years and over.
The RM Electrode is compatible with most ERG systems. Please contact us if the RM Electrode is not compatible with your ERG system.
Reference ranges obtained using the Burian Allen (unipolar) Electrode or the ERG-Jet can be used when recording with the RM Electrode. We are working to develop conversion factors for all other electrode types.
The RM Electrode is not indicated to be used for more than one hour.
